In a sign that eBay may be concerned about seller retention, the company has created a special page for UK sellers to reassure them that it hears their concerns and supports them in the areas most needed.

eBay UK Managing Director Murray Lambell Vendor Notice Board to thank sellers and direct them to the page outlining four changes, he said, the company has made in light of the impact of the rising cost of living and the lasting impacts of COVID-19 on their activities.

In his post, Lambell described the four changes as follows:

Feel more protected

We’re making more listings eligible for our enhanced seller protections for top rated and above standard sellers.

Access support and education

We offer investing programs like eBay Business Roadshow and advanced eBay Academy courses.

To stimulate sales

We’re updating Stores to help drive more customers to your eBay business.

Receive payments on demand

We give you greater flexibility in receiving payments to help you manage your cash flow.

Have these changes helped you and allowed you to continue selling on eBay? What do you think eBay should do next?
