Over 1.4 million visitors on the first day in Italy

Just like with previous launches, About You launched a big marketing campaign in the hopes of gaining attention. Advertisements are shown on television, radio and online. The company offers free shipping and returns within 100 days.

Their new customers have access to more than 100,000 products from more than a thousand brands. The company also offers free shipping and 100-day returns.

9 million active customers in 2021

The German platform went public earlier this year. The retailer has around 9 million active customers in 2021, up from 6.5 million last year. Although the Covid-19 pandemic has left its mark on the fashion part of e-commerce, About You expects revenues to increase by up to 50% year-round, according to their latest quarterly report . This would mean an expected turnover of between 1.63 and 1.75 billion euros.
